NOTE :

General Salary range (will depend on teachers experience, qualifications, etc.) with other general details. Bonuses cannot be claimed as a right.

Primary school teachers – Rs.30000 plus Per Month

Middle School Teachers – Rs.35000 plus Per Month

High School Teachers – Rs.40000 plus Per Month

House Keeping – Rs.15000 plus per month.

Security guards – Rs.16000 plus per month

Other benefits for staff (teachers, Academic and nonacademic staff)

1. Provident fund as per Government regulations
2. Health Insurance of Rs.3 lakhs per annum
3. Optional pension scheme
4. Gratuity as per Government regulations
5. Bonus on completion of 10th, 15th and 20th year of service
6. Extra months’ salary after 20 years of service (13 months salary will be given instead of 12 months)
7. Other bonuses for conducting co-curricular activities, for ICSE results, most tidy and presentable classroom etc.
8. A maximum of thirty five students in a class. Teacher Student Ration 1:12.5
